We love a good show and were thrilled to be back participating in a wide range of regional industry events and trade shows. Live events are great for our team as they give us the opportunity to connect with people, build new relationships, and showcase diverse technologies and providers. Our conversations often help attendees uncover innovative solutions and systems they hadn’t previously considered. Continuing with the live event theme, WHITECAP hosted a highly relevant discussion titled How AI is Reshaping Cybersecurity. The room was packed with energy as our audience gained practical strategies for safeguarding businesses from cyber threats. Keynote speaker, retired FBI Cyber-Expert James Morrison, addressed the everyday risks businesses face and how AI is continuously evolving the cybersecurity landscape. Our panel also featured experts from Ntirety and Silversky, who shared real-world insights on combating threat actors.

A memorable CX-perience

A growing finance company needed a new phone system to support its expanding hybrid workforce. While this is typically a straightforward request, deeper challenges emerged around customer and employee frustration with calls and their outcomes. Given these newly presented challenges, WHITECAP needed to deliver a unique solution. We began by vetting potential vendors while designing a tailormade transformative system that integrated advanced contact center functionality, improving call handling and customer experience.

Shift to get off POT’s

Copper lines, or POT’s as often referred to, are being phased out and are increasing in cost to businesses that still use them. Wireless POT’s has emerged as a viable, affordable replacement for faxes, alarms, and even elevator lines. WHITECAP saw an uptick in Wireless POT’s deployments in 2024 and expect this to continue into ‘25. This solution proved to be an ideal choice for cost-conscious and efficiency-based businesses.
